Born and raised in Richland County, Jessica has always been someone people turn to when things feel unclear or stuck. She is driven by a desire to understand, ask the right questions, and help others see new perspectives. That instinct eventually led her to OneTable Strategy, where she now serves as Managing Director.
In her role, Jessica helps guide how the team supports clients across every part of the work. She enjoys connecting the dots between ideas and execution, aligning teams, and making sure the work leads to progress for the businesses they serve. Seeing others succeed and learning alongside them is what continues to drive her work.
Outside of work, she is usually off on an adventure with family and friends, whether that means hiking, boating, or just getting outside. She pairs a good cup of coffee with an eclectic taste in music and, when it is time to relax, you will likely find her curled up with a good movie, just not a scary one.
